Chartered Health Plan provides FREE vaccines for its members 18 years old and younger through The Vaccine for Children (VFC) Program.  VFC is a federally funded entitlement program that provides vaccines free of charge to providers with eligible patients. The program began in the District of Columbia in 1994.  See your child’s Primary Care Provider for more details.
