service that gives you and your family answers to
health care questions. You can call anytime. Nurses
answer your calls 24 hours a day, anytime day or night.

talk to a nurse and you decide what to do next.

Decide when to go to the Emergency Room
Decide when to go to the doctor

- They help you prepare to talk
with your doctor and decide what questions to ask.
Then together, you and your doctor can decide what
