Chartered’s mission has been to enhance access to and the delivery of health care services throughout its diverse communities. Through the collaborative efforts of its employees, providers and community-based organizations, Chartered delivers care in a culturally sensitive and caring manner. Chartered is committed to the philosophy of quality improvement and its primary goals have been customer service improvements, health outcomes improvement and system and operations integration improvement.
