Chartered Health Plan believes that language should not be a barrier to providing quality health care services. If you do not speak English, we can still help. It is our commitment to our members, including those who have limited English proficiency (LEP). LEP means that an individual is unable to speak, read, write or understand the English language at a level that permits him or her to interact effectively.
